Set your separate control passphrase

This passphrase is stored outside PETE and must differ from his normal login. It protects resume and self-update permission.

New control passphrase Confirm passphrase

Stops PETE’s workers, coding runs, agents, connections and schedules. Remains stopped through restarts. Only you can resume.

The control page, stored records and shared web routing stay available. Requests already accepted by an external service may still need cancellation there.

Review before resuming

Interrupted actions may have partial effects. Running gateway jobs will be marked killed; uncertain coding runs require reconciliation. Previously queued work can continue after resume.

Self-updates

PETE prepares changes to his own code in an isolated workspace. Review the exact patch and test evidence, then give direct permission to apply it.
